CanonRumors is reporting that Canon will unveil two new cameras in June.

There isn’t too much information yet but One camera will be an EOS 650D and the other will be canon’s first entry into the mirrorless camera market.

The Nikon 1 mirrorless camera failed to really create a huge splash when it hit, yet the mirrorless camera market is flying along with the likes of the Sony Nex, Olympus Pen & OM-D and FujiFilm X-Pro 1 etc… So it will be interesting to see what Canon does with this market. So far the major players Nikon or Canon are either silent or wishing they had been silent in the mirrorless market.

Some rumors are floating around about this Canon mirrorless camera but I can’t confirm anything just yet:

• APS-C
• 14 or 24mp
• up to 5 lenses on launch.
