Friday traditionally on RAW has been a video post, however those loyal RAW readers would have noticed that yesterday I posted up an amazing timelapse that took six years to create. Today I have something that I’m extremely excited to announce, it’s called POP+.
It’s a new online workshop series focusing on post processing i’ll be running and we’ll be kicking it off with a beginners course in photo editing called “Getting the POP“. The beauty of it is that you don’t require any specific software to participate. I’ve designed this workshop to transcend software and teach the fundamentals and techniques which can be applied in pretty much any photo editing software from free products through to the more advanced and costly options.
“Getting the POP” is all about editing photos, and i’ll be doing complete walkthroughs of countless photos from landscapes to portraits, taking you on a step-by-step journey transforming photos from rather flat RAW files into something that POP’s off the screen of page. I have separated it into 3 1.5 hour sessions so that you can absorb what you have learnt and try it out yourself.
As a bonus each workshop session is recorded so that you can re-watch it over and over again.
Check out the POP+ info page for more details on “Getting the POP“.
