- Share it on Facebook or any other social network.
- Go the direct route and say “I want you to get me something from this list”
- OR be more creative, I’ll leave that to you
Photography is expensive. So these are the perfect gift ideas for a new flame, to fill a stocking or to buy yourself Everything here is well below the $100.00 mark most coming in under $50.00[half]
I’ve personally just ordered one of these and am eagerly awaiting the delivery man. No matter how careful you are eventually dust will get inside the camera and onto the all important sensor. Before you have to attempt to clean the sensor yourself or send it to the camera store for a clean try blowing some of the dust of with this. It works remarkably well. Oh and it gets dust of a lens pretty good too.
Film is not dead. In fact film can be a creative tool and help you develop your photography eye. Plus through in the extremely low entry cost you really should give it ago. Holga’s have a bit of a cult status for creating beautiful low-fi images. Embrace it![/half_last] [half]
You’ll need some film to go with that Holga. It’s kind of important, no point giving someone a film camera without and film and Kodak Tri-X 400 is a beautiful film to play with.[/half_last] [half]
Heading away for the holidays. Well everyone likes to play around with filters GND’s are a must if you want to shoot landscapes, without the need for bracketing shoots and blending in Photoshop..[/half_last] [half]
Timelapse is the new black. Everyone is doing it or at least trying it and it’s a lot of fun. Every photographer want’s more glass. Although only suited to the Canon photographer the 40mm pancake lens is a cute lens that won’t draw attention. It’s small quite and the perfect gift to get someone if they have everything.[/half_last] [half]
Better value if your partner already shoots Nikon but still the Full Framed low cost option from Nikon is bound to be under a few people’s tree’s this year. I shoot Canon and wouldn’t mind one.[/half_last] [half]
One of the most exciting cameras this year was the Olympus OMD. I don’t think I know of anyone that wouldn’t want this under their tree. Coupled with the 12-50mm it’s a travelers dream being dust and water-resistant there is no reason to worry about this camera while your out and about.[/half_last] [half]
It’s impossible to find the perfect bag. I have quite a few and all of them are amazing. In fact I would recommend any of the bags that I use to anyone but this Bumblebee from Kata has caught my eye of late. Depending on how much gear your partner has this might be the perfect bag.[/half_last] [half]
