Amazon isn’t known for their fashion, however they have recently opened up a brand new large-scale photo studio in Williamsburg, Brooklyn.
The studio is a 40,00 square-foot photo factory in what used to be a family-run glass manufacturing plant.
This two story building has 28 bays for styling shooting and editorial processes, and is stocked with everything you could possible need for photography or video.
The reason behind all of this, Amazon want to give their fashion inventory a more glossy look, less stock photography. On average over 19,000 images a day are shot at the studio and around 2,400 of those are featured on the Amazon sites.
